Courage in Practice: opening the University of Twente's 65th academic year

Courage in the medical domain? Tear it down and rebuild on the technology we actually have now. Better economically, and most importantly better for the patient.

That was my answer on stage as one of four UT alumni in “Courage in Practice”, at the opening of the University of Twente’s 65th academic year. Healthcare’s real blocker is that it’s trapped in a system that started as paper and then became paper inside a computer.
